Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Kinéa Paris. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@kinea-paris.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you the return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@kinea-paris.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or worn cannot be returned unless they are defective.
